Board of Directors

Tech Valley Center of Gravity is organized as a 510(c)(3) non-profit corporation in the State of New York. 

The management and control of the corporation is regulated by our bylaws, and vested in officers and directors who are elected by the membership.

President

Courtney Moore is an engineering manager and Leadership Steering Council Coordinator at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, with an aeronautical & mechanical engineering degree from RPI.

Vice President

Kit Clemente is the proprietor of Trinkets of Troy, a small business started and run out of TVCoG. She received her degree in historical archaeology from SUNY Binghamton.

Treasurer

Dylan Thies is a software developer, has been on the Board of Directors for Troy Bike Rescue, and has served as the Leadership Development Coordinator for Alpha Phi Omega, covering NY, PA, and DE while a student at RPI.

Secretary

Dayonna Bowles is an IT professional and graduate of Russell Sage College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and minor in visual arts.

Sam Bonfante is a Software Engineering Manager at Justworks, a company which provides benefits & HR solutions to startups and small to medium sized businesses. She has been a member of the CoG since 2015

Holly Cargill-Cramer is senior director for special projects at Social Enterprise and Training, Inc. – otherwise known as SEAT Center, providing educational and workforce experiences for disenfranchised 18-24 year olds.

Joanne Fernandez is the Chief of Staff for the New York Department of State, where she serves as a resource, advisor, and strategic partner to the Secretary of State on programmatic, policy, and operational matters.

Eric Ledet, Ph.D. is a biomedical engineer who currently serves as Director of RPI’s Severino Center for Technological Entrepreneurship.

Jessica Otitigbe is the founder of Creative Collaborations, LLC, with nearly 25 years of experience in higher education, community relations, corporate communications, public relations, and media event planning

Tim Rozmierski is a service technician with Metroland Business Machines, and has been a proud COG member and volunteer for four years.

Denée Zeigler is the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Troy. She is also the acting secretary for the Troy IDA and LDC
